Flying Tiger Copenhagen believes that good labour, health and safety and environmental standards at a workplace are critical for a company’s development into a sustainable, modern and competitive business entity, and an important competition parameter, for both Flying Tiger Copenhagen and our suppliers. We therefore wish to cooperate with our suppliers through dialogue and a common interest in developing the business and proactively benefit from compliance with increasing CSR requirements.
We aim to build long term business relationships with our core suppliers. We intend to be partners with our suppliers, and are willing to assist our suppliers in their efforts to improve labour, health and safety and environmental standards, and to comply with our code of conduct.
However, we do not conduct business with a supplier if their compliance with the standards is deemed impossible, or conduct business with a supplier engaged in violations of one of Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s zero-tolerance practices:
1. Forced Labour
2. Child Labour
3. Disciplinary Practices
4. Health and Safety
Flying Tiger Copenhagen reserves the right to monitor all our suppliers’ compliance with our code of conduct through our own announced or unannounced visits, or through audits performed by external agents appointed by Flying Tiger Copenhagen.
